Le présent marché concerne la mise en place d’un contrat de fourniture et de service, il est composé des prestations de fourniture de combustible, de conduite, d’entretien des installations et des prestations de garantie totale. Les prestations sont définies comme suit : 1 - La prestation forfaitaire de fourniture de combustible nécessaire au chauffage, avec un intéressement sur les économies d’énergie (prestation P1/1 MTI) selon les bâtiments. 2 - La prestation forfaitaire de conduite et d’entretien des installations de production et de distribution de chaleur, des installations de production et de distribution ECS et des installations de traitement d’eau (Prestation P2) 3 - Les prestations forfaitaires de garantie totale des installations techniques avec ou sans répartition selon les sous postes ci-dessous : 4-1 - P3/1 : prestation de type GT. Elle est la provision nécessaire pour toutes opérations réparations ou de renouvellement non prévus dans les prestations P3/2. 4-2 - P3/2 : prestation de type GTR. Elle est constituée des opérations de renouvellements de matériel proposé par le Titulaire en complément des prestations P3/1.
