Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution des prestations relatives à l'exploitation et la maintenance des installations de production et de distribution de chauffage et d'eau chaude sanitaire, de traitement d'eau, de plomberie (surpresseur d'eau et de puisard), de Ventilations Mécaniques Contrôlées, de Traitement d'air et de Climatisation dans le cadre d'un marché de type : - P1 : Fourniture et gestion de combustible avec garantie de résultat (Gymnase Saint Exupéry) ; - P2 : Conduite, entretien courant, surveillance et dépannages des installations ; - P3 : Garantie totale - Maintien en état de fonctionnement, gros entretien et renouvellement à l'identique ou à fonction identique de tous les matériels déficients de façon à maintenir l'installation en bon état de marche continu. Les installations et les lieux d'exécution du présent marché sont décrites dans l'annexe du CCTP
