La présente consultation a pour objet la construction d'un complexe sportif avec parking souterrain à Brétigny-sur-Orge (91). En 2025, les titulaires des 16 lots ont été désignés et l'Ordre de service de démarrage de chantier leur a été notifié. En juillet 2025, le Tribunal de Commerce d'Evry a prononcé la liquidation judiciaire de l'entreprise titulaire du lot 10 - Peintures, Signalétique. De ce fait, le maître d'ouvrage se doit de lancer une nouvelle consultation afin de désigner le nouveau titulaire du lot 10. Il est indiqué aux candidats qu'aucun travaux et études d'exécution n'ont été effectué par le précédent titulaire et que le dossier est à reprendre à zéro.
