Description

Le présent accord-cadre est un « Marché de travaux de renouvellement, d'exploitation et de maintenance » des installations d'éclairage public et connexes conclu entre la Commune de CHARVIEU-CHAVAGNEUX et le Titulaire. Il intègre des actions d'amélioration de la performance énergétique et du service. Le présent marché fait l'objet d'une relance après déclaration sans suite intervenue de la précédente consultation. Le marché est passé selon la procédure adaptée en application des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 du code de la commande publique. Conformément à l'article L. 2125-1 du code de la commande publique, le présent marché met en oeuvre la technique particulière d'achat de l'accord-cadre et ce avec émission de bons de commande. Le présent accord-cadre est mono attributaire à bons de commandes, il est passé sans minimum et avec un maximum de 2 300 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée du marché
