La présente consultation concerne la réfection des 422 fauteuils de la salle de cinéma Louis Jouvet. Le présent marché, à lot unique, se compose de deux postes : Poste 1 : Démontage, réfection totale des 422 fauteuils (dossier, accoudoirs et assises), livraison, remontage des 422 fauteuils destinés à la salle de cinéma Louis Jouvet. Cette prestation est réglée à prix global et forfaitaire. Poste 2 : Changement complet de certains sièges, et/ou refixation de certaines structures le cas échéant. Ces prestations feront l’objet d’un accord cadre mono-attributaire s’exécutant à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum passé en application du code de la commande publique. Les montants minimum et maximum sont définis ainsi - montant minimum : 0 € HT - montant maximum : 70 000 € HT
