Dans le cadre de sa compétence en matière de prévention des risques et de protection des populations, la Communauté de Communes du Piémont Cévenol souhaite structurer et renforcer les dispositifs de gestion de crise à l'échelle de son territoire. À ce titre, elle engage la présente consultation en vue de la conclusion d'un accord-cadre portant sur des prestations d'assistance à l'élaboration du Plan Intercommunal de Sauvegarde (PICS), ainsi que des Plans Communaux de Sauvegarde (PCS) et des documents d'information préventive associés. Ce marché s'inscrit dans une démarche collective.
