Description

Le présent marché a pour objet, conformément aux dispositions des articles L.2422-5 et suivants du Code de la commande publique, de confier au mandataire, qui l’accepte, une mission de mandat de maîtrise d’ouvrage portant sur la réalisation d’une opération immobilière destinée à accueillir les services de la Direction Générale Adjointe des Ressources et Moyens (DGARM) de la Communauté d’Agglomération CAP EXCELLENCE. L’opération porte sur la conception, la réalisation et la mise à disposition d’un bâtiment à usage de bureaux administratifs, accueillant du public, d’une surface cible comprise entre 1 500 m² et 2 000 m², destiné à recevoir 42 agents à la date de livraison et jusqu’à 60 agents à terme. Le projet est implanté sur un foncier appartenant à la Société Aéroportuaire Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes. Le programme de l’opération n’est pas figé à la notification du présent marché. Le mandataire est chargé d’étudier l’ensemble des options juridiques, foncières, techniques, financières et environnementales nécessaires à la définition, à la faisabilité et à la réalisation du projet. À ce titre, le mandataire agit au nom et pour le compte du maître d’ouvrage pour accomplir l’ensemble des actes nécessaires à la conduite de l’opération, à l’exception des actes engageant juridiquement la collectivité en matière foncière (bail, AOT, cession ou tout acte assimilé), lesquels demeurent soumis à validation et signature expresses du maître d’ouvrage.
