Une consultation de maîtrise d'œuvre est organisée par la commune de Parçay-Meslay (37210) en vue d'un marché de maîtrise d'œuvre pour la construction d'une salle de répétition pour ensembles musicaux. Il s'agira d'une « mission de base » conformément aux articles L.2431-1 à L.2431-3, R.2431-4 et R.2431-8 à R.2431-18 du Code de la commande publique. (Construction neuve). Il est prévu une mission complémentaire obligatoire portant sur : - MCO n°1 : Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination (OPC) pour cette opération. La part de l'enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux par le maître d'ouvrage est de : 790 000 euros HT, valeur constante.
