Le présent marché a pour objet l'ensemble des prestations intellectuelles nécessaires à l'exercice du rôle de maître d'oeuvre pour les travaux de rénovation énergétique de l'école primaire Jacques Brel située au 2 allée de la Prade d'Ombeille à Canéjan (33610). Le projet intègre également la mise en oeuvre d'un ascenseur dans le cadre de la mise en accessibilité du bâtiment. L'ouvrage appartient à la catégorie des opérations de réhabilitation de bâtiment. L'équipe retenue se verra confier une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre de bâtiment comprenant une mission de base au sens du livre IV du CCP étendue à deux missions complémentaires. - Mission de base : ESQ, AVP, PC, PRO, AMT, DET, AOR et VISA, - Missions complémentaires : missions DIAG et OPC La maîtrise d'ouvrage des travaux est assurée par la Commune de Canéjan. Le délai global de réalisation de la mission est estimé à 40 mois à compter de la date de notification au Titulaire, compris année de garantie de parfait achèvement
