La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d’un marché à procédure adaptée portant sur l’accompagnement méthodologique, l’animation, l’appui à l’expérimentation, la capitalisation et la production de livrables de communication du projet « Accompagner les transformations de l'organisation du travail pour sécuriser la qualité de vie au travail et le maintien en emploi dans le Bas-Rhin » porté par la Maison de l’Emploi et de la Formation du bassin d’emploi de Strasbourg, sur la période 2026-2027. Le projet s’inscrit dans le Programme national FSE+ Emploi - Inclusion - Jeunesse - Compétences, priorité 4, objectif spécifique 4.d, et vise à accompagner des entreprises du Bas-Rhin dans la prévention de l’usure professionnelle, l’amélioration de la QVCT, l’adaptation des organisations de travail et le maintien en emploi, notamment des seniors et des salariés fragilisés.
