L’objecte del contracte és el manteniment dels productes Palo Alto Networks, concretament: - Renovació dels crèdits d’ús de les màquines virtuals, les subscripcions de suport de la seguretat perimetral del CPD extern al cloud privat. - Renovació de les subscripcions i suport dels firewalls físics del CPD que té BASE-Gestió d’Ingressos a l’Edifici Síntesi. - L’actualització de l’eina de gestió i anàlisis de dades Panorama, utilitzada per els tècnics de Serveis Informàtics de BASE-Gestió d’Ingressos per a la visualització, tractament i explotació de dades. Aquesta eina és essencial per garantir la continuïtat, seguretat i estabilitat de la infraestructura de xarxa corporativa, especialment en entorns amb múltiples tallafocs Palo Alto distribuïts de conformitat amb les especificacions tècniques que consten en els plecs.
