La Commune de Saint-Prex lance un appel d’offres en procédure ouverte pour l’attribution d’un mandat d’architecte avec direction générale du projet et pool de mandataires dans le cadre de la rénovation énergétique des bâtiments du Collège du Cherrat . Le projet porte sur la rénovation et l'isolation de l'enveloppe des bâtiments Cherrat 1 et 2, comprenant notamment leur mise aux normes AEAI et SIA 358, ainsi que sur l'installation de panneaux photovoltaïques en toiture des bâtiments Cherrat 1, 2 et 3. Le pool pluridisciplinaire comprend un architecte assumant également le rôle de pilote général du projet (SIA 102 et SIA 112), un ingénieur civil (SIA 103), un ingénieur électricien (SIA 108), un ingénieur façades et un ingénieur en physique du bâtiment. Le mandat porte sur la phase SIA 41 et les phases SIA 51 à 53, jusqu’à la mise en service et à l’achèvement du projet.
