The Armed Forces of Malta (AFM) are conducting a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) in Malta concerning consultancy services for an Ordnance and Explosive Materials Storage Facility. Through this consultation, the AFM will gather information before launching a separate procurement procedure to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy firm. That firm would be responsible for the design, procurement support, implementation oversight, testing, commissioning and certification of building services systems for the magazines and associated areas, with systems supplied and installed by third party contractors.
