8 Начин ,место и рок на испорака на стоките 8.1 Носителот на набавката е должен предметот на договорот да го извршува во согласност со техничката спецификација. 8.2 Носителот на набавката е должен предметот на договорот да го извршува согласно барањата наведено во техничката спецификација. 8.3 Носителот на набавката е должен да ја започне испораката на стоките во рок од 30 дена од нарачката од страна на Договорниот Орган. 8.4 Стоките треба да се доставаат во магацин во Контрола на летање која се наоѓа на улица Босфор бр.7, Мралино, Илинден 8.5 Секоја понуда која содржи начин место и рок на извршување на услугата поинаков од утврденото во оваа точка ќе се смета за неприфатлива и како таква ќе биде одбиена од страна на комисијата за јавни набавки.
