Description

Dans le cadre de sa compétence développement économique, la Communauté de Communes du Pays de l'Ourcq assure la maîtrise d'ouvrage d'un projet de construction d'un hangar de stockage et d'aménagements extérieurs pour le magasin Gamm Vert situé à Lizy-sur-Ourcq, dont elle est propriétaire. L'opération s'inscrit dans le réaménagement d'une friche industrielle à proximité de la gare SNCF, nécessitant la déconstruction d'un hangar existant et la construction d’un nouveau bâtiment de stockage. Le hangar projeté, d'une surface utile intérieure d'environ 200 m², doit permettre le stockage de produits non polluants livrés sur palettes, avec une hauteur utile permettant l'empilement de trois palettes de 2,20 mètres maximum sur racks. Les aménagements extérieurs comprennent la création de deux accès au magasin depuis l'avenue de la Gare via une voirie à créer (hors programme), avec sorties vers la rue du Vieux Moulin via le parking de la surface commercial à venir. Huit places de stationnement de type écovégétal doivent être créées, dont une place PMR située au plus proche de l'entrée. Les structures de voirie seront dimensionnées pour un trafic TC0/TC1 avec une classe de plate-forme PF2.
