Objet des services : Maintenance préventive et curative : Extincteurs, B.A.E.S, Désenfumage, Centrales Alarmes Incendie. La présente consultation porte sur la maintenance préventive et curative des moyens de secours contre l’incendie : • Système d’alarme incendie • Extincteurs • Bloc d’éclairage de sécurité dénommé B.A.E.S • Système de désenfumage • Plans de sécurité incendie La consultation est décomposée en 2 lots distincts : • Lot N° 1 : “Extincteurs, B.A.E.S et plan incendie” • Lot N° 2 : “Système de sécurité incendie et de désenfumage” Accord-Cadre à bons de commande conclu pour une durée de 1 an, à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire, reconductible tacitement 3 fois, avec les montants maximum annuels suivants : Lot 1 : 4600 euros HT et Lot 2 : 2100 euros HT.
