Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le marché est passé à prix mixte, les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le montant des prestations pour la partie unitaire est définit sans minimum et avec un maximum de 50 000,00 euros/an HT. Le montant des prestations pour la partie forfaitaire est fixé au sein de la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée de 1 an à compter de sa notification. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 1 an et 36 mois
