Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la maintenance des équipements de protection incendie des bâtiments de la commune de VANDŒUVRE-LÈS-NANCY. La procédure de passation utilisée est : la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : - lot 01 Extincteurs, RIA et poteaux incendie - lot 02: Désemfumage Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre .Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots. L'accord cadre est composite et est conclu à prix mixtes. Il est établi sous la forme d’un marché à prix forfaitaire, matérialisée par la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (Annexe 01 propre à chaque lot) pour les prestations de maintenance préventive et sous la forme d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum mais avec un montant maximum, passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique, pour la maintenance curative et pour les prestations indiquées au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) propre à chaque lot : montant maximum 40 000 € HT/an pour le lot 01 et montant maximum de 5 000 € HT/an pour le lot 02. Aucune variante n'est autorisée. L'offre doit être strictement conforme au DCE. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter du 01 janvier 2027.L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 3 ans, soit jusqu’au 31 décembre 2029.-.
