Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre composite décomposé comme suit : - La partie marché ordinaire comprend des prestations s'exécutant à prix forfaitaires mentionnées dans la DPGF. - La partie à bons de commande comprend des prestations s'exécutant à prix unitaires mentionnées dans le BPU valant DQE. Ces prestations s'exécuteront au moyen de bons de commande conformément aux articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum Le seuil maximum annuel : 28 750,00 Euros HT. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an. L'exécution des prestations aura lieu pour la période initiale du 01/06/2026 au 31/05/2027. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans
