NEPTUN rendszer supportja és egyéb szolgáltatások. A beszerzés tárgya és mennyisége részletesen a II.2. pontban és a műszaki leírásban. NEPTUN rendszer supportja és egyéb szolgáltatások az alábbiakban részletezettek szerint. Nyertes Ajánlattevő feladatai: - Ajánlatkérő által jelenleg használt NEPTUN rendszerelemek support szolgáltatásainak biztosítása, - a megváltozott intézményi gazdálkodási működéshez szükséges modulok bevezetésének biztosítása, valamint - a jelenleg már létező, vagy a későbbiekben a NEPTUN rendszerhez kifejlesztésre kerülő modulok későbbi időpontban történő bevezetése és ezekhez kapcsolódó support szolgáltatás nyújtása, valamint opcionálisan igénybe vehető kiegészítő és tranzakciós szolgáltatások nyújtása a műszaki leírásban meghatározottak szerint.
