Forrás.NET integrált ügyviteli rendszer alap-, és kiegészítő moduljainak bevezetése és támogatása Ajánlatkérő a Forrás.NET integrált ügyviteli rendszer alap és kiegészítő moduljainak bevezetésére és támogatására kíván szerződést kötni n az alábbiak szerint: Forrás.NET alap modul és kiegészítő moduljai: - Forrás.NET Főkönyvi modul - Forrás.NET Pénzügyi modul - Forrás.NET Tárgyi eszköz modul - Forrás.NET Készlet modul Forrás NET kiegészítő modulok: - Forrás.NET ELSZFNET modul - Forrás.NET Partneradat tisztító modul - Forrás.NET e-számla szolgáltatások modul - Forrás.NET Számlaigazolási Workflow modul Forrás.NET Kiegészítő alrendszer (SmartBrick) - Ingatlan modul - Partner modul - Berendezés modul - Költségvetés modul - Bérleti szerződés modul - Számlakezelés modul - Szállítói-, Vevői- szerződés modul - Dokumentumtár modul (folyamatban) - Közmű modul - Bérlemény-ellenőrzés modul - Tevékenység modul (folyamatban) - Helpdesk modul - Ügyfélszolgálat modul - Leltár modul - LG (létesítménygazdálkodási szoftver) kiváltásához kapcsolódó egyedi fejlesztések Forrás.NET Kiegészítő modul: Követeléskezelő alrendszer Forrás.NET Kiegészítő modul: DMSOne interfész modul Az ügyviteli rendszer bevezetésével, támogatásával, fejlesztésével kapcsolatos részletes feladatokat a Közbeszerzési Dokumentáció részét képező Műszaki Leírás tartalmazza. A bevezetett rendszer tekintetében továbbá támogatási szolgáltatásokat szükséges végezni 12 hónapos időtartamon át.
