MedWorkS integrált egészségügyi informatikai rendszer jogszabálykövetése, frissítése és karbantartása 24 hó időtartamban, valamennyi felhasználóra, a jelen felhíváshoz csatolt szerződéstervezetben és mellékleteiben, valamint a közbeszerzési dokumentációban foglaltak szerint, melyek egyben a beszerzés tárgyát képező szolgáltatásra vonatkozó műszaki leírást is tartalmazzák. Ajánlatkérő a MedWorkS rendszerre vonatkozó felhasználási jogokkal kapcsolatban korlátozás nélküli felhasználószámmal rendelkezik. A felhasználás 3 telephelyen történik, a rendszer és a nyújtandó szolgáltatások specifikációja a KD-ban részletezettek szerinti.
