Description

Az NKFI Hivatal számára szerverrendszer fizikai bérletének biztosítása 5 év (60 hó) időtartamra, havi bérleti konstrukcióban. Kialakítandó szerverfarm: -3 darab HA (high availability) szerver -2 darab tűzfal szerver -1 darab backup szerver - adattároló -szalagos mentőegység: -Switch-ek -szoftver Műszaki leírás szerinti szolgáltatás Részletesen a műszaki leírásban. Ahol a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása szükségessé tette a meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú termékre történő hivatkozást, ott a megnevezés a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt és ajánlattevők a megadott gyártmányú és típusú termékek helyett „vagy azzal egyenértékű” termékeket is ajánlhatnak, a közbeszerzési eljárásokban az alkalmasság és a kizáró okok igazolásának, valamint a közbeszerzési műszaki leírás meghatározásának módjáról 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdésének megfelelően. Az egyenértékűséget az ajánlattevőnek kell bizonyítani. Ajánlattevő kötelessége tehát annak bizonyítása az ajánlatban, hogy a megajánlott termék az Ajánlatkérő által meghatározott termékkel egyenértékű. Az esetleges el nem fogadást Ajánlatkérő tényszerűen megindokolja.
