ÁH-45_Régészeti feltárás Debreceni Egyetem, Vezér utca 0181/21 hrsz.-ú területen létesítendő Sport, Zene és Társadalmi Innovációs Központ megvalósítása Szolgáltatás mennyiségi adatai: Teljes felületű feltárás 2 700 m2-en. a) teljes felületű feltárás, egy vagy több korszak történeti összefüggésben megmaradt emlékanyagának feltárása (1 rétegű) 2520,- Ft + Áfa/m2 b) teljes felületű feltárás, többrétegű lelőhely (2 rétegtől) 2520,- Ft × (rétegszám) + Áfa/m2 A fizetendő szolgáltatási díj a ténylegesen feltárt, felmért és leigazolt területnagyságnak megfelelően kiállított teljesítésigazolás alapján kerül elszámolásra. A régészeti feltárás, mint beszerzési igény a Kbt. 9. § (8) k) pontja szerinti kivételi kör hatálya alá tartozik, melynek valamennyi feltétele teljesül, ezért Ajánlatkérő beszerzésének megvalósítására nem kell közbeszerzési eljárást lefolytatni.
