5 db vontatható aprítékológép beszerzése és kapcsolódó szolgáltatások 5 db új, minden tekintetben azonos, vontatható, forgalmi rendszámmal ellátott vontatható aprítékoló gép és gépenként 1 garnitúra forgó és álló kés (a gyárilag beszerelt darabszámnak megfelelően) Az aprítékológépeknek új, a szállítást megelőzően rendeltetésszerűen sehol nem használt (vagy csak és kizárólag a használathoz szükséges beállítások és kipróbálás mértékéig max. 5 üzemóra mértékéig használt) termékeknek kell lennie. Továbbá az aprítékológépek hatósági műszaki vizsga időpontja nem lehet 6 hónapnál régebbi. Ajánlatkérő az alábbiakat érti új termékeken: • az aprítékológépek üzemóra állása egyenként, nem lehet több, mint 5 üzemóra, • gyári új alkatrészekből szerelt, • valamennyi alkatrészére, a kompletten összeszerelt eszközökre és azok tartozékaira érvényes Ajánlattevő által vállalt jótállás (garancia), • sérülésmentes (szállítási sérülés gyári technológiával történő javítása megengedett).
