(X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) és (5) bekezdése alapján minden esetben „vagy azzal egyenértékű” teljesítés lehetséges, a műszaki leírásban foglaltak szerint. 1. rész: 1 db „C” kategóriás elektromos teherautó biztosítása Gyártási idő az ajánlat beadását megelőző legfeljebb 60 hónap- maximum futásteljesítmény 3000 km. Részletesen a műszaki leírásban; 2. rész: 1 db „B” kategóriás elektromos teherautó biztosítása. Új, gyártási idő az ajánlat benyújtását megelőző két éven belül. Részletesen a műszaki leírásban.
