Description

Nátrium-hidroxid oldat beszerzése. A 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet (továbbiakban: Kr.) 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltakra tekintettel ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy, amennyiben a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása szükségessé tette meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozást, a megnevezés csak a tárgyjellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és megnevezés mellett a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” minden esetben értendő. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy egyenértékű dolog megajánlása esetén az egyenértékűséget az ajánlattevőnek az ajánlatában igazolnia kell. További részletek a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban. Az eljárás adásvételi keretszerződés megkötésére irányul, melynek tárgya a műszaki leírásnak megfelelő, Nátrium-hidroxid oldat beszerzése. Ajánlatkérő a keretmennyiség 70%-ára vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Szállított mennyiség rendelésenként 50-55 tonna/vasúti kocsi, ami 25-27 tonna 100%-ra számolva.
