1 db műholdas nyomkövető kvantumkommunikációs teleszkóp - optikai földi vevőállomás Az optikai földi vevőállomás egy teleszkóp, mely képes arra, hogy közvetlen rálátással kommunikáljon műholdakkal. A beszerzendő kvantumképes földi vevőállomás célja, hogy legalább az Európai Űrügynökség EAGLE-1 kvantumkommunikációs műholdjával alakítson ki közvetlen kommunikációt. A kvantumképes optikai földi vevőállomás paraméterei: • Fő tükör átmérő: ≥ 800 mm • Távcső tartó típusa: kompakt kialakítású Alt-Azimut • Távcső optikai kialakítása: Ritchey-Chrétien • Hullámhossz tartomány: 500 nm - 1700 nm • Tükörbevonat visszaverőképessége: ≥ 90% @ 850 nm, ≥ 95% @1550 nm • Zárthurkú követési jitter: ≤ 10 µrad RMS • Teleszkóp vezérlő hardver: külső 19" rack • Teljes tömeg: ≤ 2500 kg • Teljes energiafogyasztás: ≤ 2,0 kW A teleszkóp kupola felépítése: • a kupola mérete (külső átmérő): 2,5 m - 3 m • IP54 időjárásálló, legalább -10°C és +40°C közötti üzemi hőmérséklet, 50 km/h szélsebességig biztosítja a távcső használatát • motoros redőny Adaptív optikai rendszer: • Shack-Hartmann hullámfront érzékelő • nagy sebességgel állítható tükör • kvantumkommunikációs kapcsolatot kiépítendő egymódusú optikai szálba csatol • Teljes energiafogyasztás: ≤ 1,5 kW Kapcsolódó szolgáltatások: A rendszer leszállítása, telepítése, beüzemelése, próbaüzem tartása, kapcsolódó szoftverek átadása/telepítése, az alap működéshez szükséges ismeretek betanítása. A közbeszerzés pontos tárgya és az ajánlattevő feladatai részletesen a Műszaki Leírásban és a Szerződéstervezetben kerülnek meghatározásra.
