Description

Tankautós üzemanyag szállítása Keretmegállapodás megkötése a központosított közbeszerzési rendszerről, valamint a központi beszerző szervezet feladat- és hatásköréről szóló 168/2004. (V. 25.) Korm. rendelet hatálya alá tartozó, illetve önként csatlakozó intézmények részére a 6/2022. (VIII. 31.) PM utasítás szerinti, 0401000000 normatíva számú „Gépjármű-üzemanyag tankautós kiszállítással (nagykereskedelem)” kiemelt termékkörben legfeljebb 150.000.000 liter keretmennyiség erejéig. A vonatkozó információk részletesen a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban (továbbiakban: KD) találhatóak. A szerződés 1 alkalommal hosszabbítható meg. Ajánlatkérőnek lehetősége van legkésőbb 5 munkanappal a keretmegállapodás időbeli hatályának lejáratát megelőzően az Ajánlattevőhöz intézett írásbeli egyoldalú nyilatkozatával a keretmegállapodást további - legfeljebb 12 hónapos időtartamra, legfeljebb 30% keretmennyiség emelés mellett - meghosszabbítani, amennyiben a keretmegállapodás határozott időtartamának lejártakor a keretmennyiség nem merült ki.
