Jelen eljárás keretében Ajánlatkérő a szervereinek virtualizálására szolgáló VMware licenceket és azok 3 éves használati jogát (licenc követését) kívánja beszerezni. A beszerzés keretében Ajánlatkérő a szervereinek virtualizálására szolgáló VMware licenceket és azok 3 éves használati jogának (licenc követésének) biztosítását kívánja beszerezni az alábbiak szerint: 1.) Gyártói cikkszám: VCF-VSP-FND-8, cikkszám megnevezése: VMware vSphere Foundation 8, mennyiség: 688 db. 2.) Gyártói cikkszám: VCF-VLR-PVM, cikkszám megnevezése: VMware Live Recovery Protected VM, mennyiség: 75 db. Ajánlatkérő az általa használt vmware környezet jogtiszta működését biztosító licenceket kíván beszerezni. Ajánlatkérő a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján tájékoztatja az ajánlattevőket, hogy a jelen felhívásban meghatározott gyártmányú vagy eredetű dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozás, illetve megnevezés csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és a megnevezés mellett a „vagy azzal egyenértékű”-t is érteni kell. Az egyenértékűség bizonyítása ajánlattevő feladata.
