1. rész: Gépbérlet kezelővel földmunkák tekintetében 2. rész: Gépbérlet kezelővel útépítési munkákhoz A részletes műszaki leírást a közbeszerzési dokumentumok tartalmazzák. 2. rész: Gépbérlet kezelővel útépítési munkákhoz Várható mennyiség a szerződés időtartama alatt: minimum 1500 óra. A szerződés időtartama: A keretszerződés a mindkét fél általi aláírással - eltérő időpontban történő aláírás esetén a későbbi aláírás napján - lép hatályba, és ettől számítottan határozott időre, 2026.12.31. napjáig kötik. Felek kikötik, hogy a határozott időtartam eltelte előtt a keretszerződés megszűnik a keretösszeg kimerülésekor, vagy a keretszerződésben rögzített egyéb feltétel bekövetkeztekor. A szerződés keretösszege: nettó 50.000.000 HUF. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 80 %-ára lehívási kötelezettséget vállal. A részletes műszaki leírást a közbeszerzési dokumentumok tartalmazzák.
