A közbeszerzés tárgya: NIPÜF Zrt. Adattárház, kontrolling és reporting rendszer kialakítása a meglévő informatikai rendszerekre épülve A közbeszerzés mennyisége: Egyrészről a jelenleg szigetszerűen működő informatikai támogató rendszerek kontrolling és management riporting szempontból releváns adatainak egy központi adattárba gyűjtése, és azok elérésének biztosítása a felhasználók számára. Másrészről az adattár adatainak felhasználásával a vállalat kontrolling számítások, projekt ajánlatadás és menedzsment riporting feladatainak ellátása. 1. Adatintegráció: A meglévő rendszerek releváns adatainak egy központi adattárházba történő konszolidálása. 2. Kontrolling rendszer kialakítása: Olyan számítási és elemző modulok kialakítása, amelyek támogatják a pénzügyi és operatív kontrollingot. 3. Ajánlatadó rendszer kialakítása: A kontrolling számítások és az adattár adatai alapján projektajánlatok automatikus vagy félautomatikus generálása. 4. Riporting rendszer kialakítása: Testreszabható vezetői dashboardok és kimutatások kialakítása. 5. Dokumentálás és tudásátadás: Rendszer- és felhasználói dokumentáció biztosítása, valamint felhasználói betanítás. Részletek a műszaki leírásban.
