Konzerváruk beszerzése, összesen 47 féle, változó mennyiségben, a mellékelt dokumentumok szerint Konzerváruk beszerzése, összesen 47 féle, változó keretmennyiségben, a mellékelt dokumentumok szerint Ajánlatkérő a 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdését alkalmazza, mely szerint: ahol a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása szükségessé tette meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozást, ezekben a konkrét esetekben a megnevezés csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és a megnevezés mellett „vagy azzal egyenértékű” terminust minden esetben alkalmazza Ajánlatkérő, azt minden esetben érteni kell, Ajánlattevők eszerint tehetik meg ajánlatukat.. Az egyenértékűség az ajánlatban az ajánlattevőnek kell igazolni külön nyilatkozatban, megadva azt a terméket, mely esetében egyenértékű ajánlatot tesz, megnevezve az egyenértékűség objektív bizonyítékát. Az előírt szakmai specifikációt, pontos tételeket és mennyiségeket a közbeszerzési dokumentumok részét képező ártáblázat tartalmazza. Ahol a kiszerelési egység tartományban került megadásra, ott minden esetben az éves mennyiséget ELÉRŐ mennyiség megajánlása szükséges.
