„2026. évi karbantartási egyedi keretszerződés megkötése” tárgyú egyedi karbantartási munkák kivitelezései A keretszerződés célja a Belváros-Lipótváros Budapest Főváros V. kerület Önkormányzata közigazgatási területéhez tartozó területeken üzemeltetési, fenntartási, karbantartási, hibajavítási, illetve veszélyelhárítási feladatok elvégzése, amelyek különösen: • nem ütemezhető, gyorsszolgálati (havária) karbantartási feladatok; • eseti jellegű karbantartási feladatok; • tervezett megelőző karbantartási feladatok. A fent jelzett feladatok körében a nyertes ajánlattevő feladatát képezi különösen: • építési területek előkészítési munkáinak elvégzése; • forgalomtechnikai tervek készítése; • bontási és építési munkák elvégzése; • bontási hulladék elszállítása; • berendezési tárgyak beszerzése, beépítése; • a közúti közlekedés biztonságát segítő hiba- és veszélyelhárítási feladatok elvégzése. A közbeszerzés tárgyát a főbb szerződéses feltételeket a jelen felhívás mellékletét képező közbeszerzési dokumentáció tartalmazza.
