Vadovaujantis pirkimo sąlygų 12.1.3 punktu, Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 2 str. 18 dalies 2 punktu ir 45 str. 1 dalies 5 punktu, abiejų tiekėjų pasiūlymai buvo atmesti, nes įmonės pasiūlė kainas, kurios viršijo perkančiosios organizacijos pirkimui skirtas lėšas, nustatytas ir užfiksuotas perkančiosios organizacijos rengiamuose dokumentuose prieš pradedant pirkimo procedūrą.
