Die Gemeinde Parc Hosingen beabsichtigt in Hosingen folgende Vorhaben umzusetzen: CA (Teil I) Das geplante Bauvorhaben mit Außenanlagen umfaßt den Neubau einer modernen sozialen Einrichtung , aufgeteilt auf zwei unabhängige Gebäude, für zwei Wohngruppen mit jeweils 8 Jugendlichen. Die Gebäude sollen aus zwei Etagen (RdC, 1. OG) plus Teilunterkellerung bestehen und sollen in Massiv- (Planungsgrundlage) oder Holzbauweise errichtet werden. CST (Teil II) Das geplante Bauvorhaben umfaßt den Neubau eines modernen sozialtherapeutischen Zentrums mit Außenanlagen. Das zweigeschossige Gebäude dient der Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern im Alter zwischen 6 und 12 Jahren. Die Einrichtung stellt sowohl Innen- als auch Außenbereiche für pädagogische, kreative und therapeutische Zwecke zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude soll in Massiv- (Planungsgrundlage) oder Holzbauweise errichtet werden und er-streckt sich über zwei Hauptgeschosse, eine Tiefgarage sowie ein Dachgeschoss. Diese Ausschreibung umfaßt die Ausführungsplanung und die Ausführungen der schlüsselfertigen Gebäude inkl. Außenanlagen gem. den Vorgaben des Auftraggebers.
