Description

La parcelle de construction est située entre les rues Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Albert Wehrer, Alcide de Gasperi et Léon Hammes. Trois bâtiments sont prévus d’être construits. Le nouveau siège administratif du Mécanisme Européen de Stabilité (ESM) et deux autres immeubles administratifs destinés aux besoins étatiques, soient les bâtiments ADM (ÉTAT) et LUX. Le site s’étend sur environ 1,6 ha et présente un dénivelé de 7 mètres, allant de la pointe sud-ouest à la pointe nord-est. La surface brute totale du bâtiment ESM est de ± 20'000 m2, répartie sur R+6 étages et 1 sous-sol. La surface brute totale du bâtiment ADM (ÉTAT) est de ± 23'500 m2, répartie sur un socle de R+5 étages, une tour de R+16 étages et d’un étage technique. Au centre du socle se trouve un atrium couvert. La surface brute totale du bâtiment LUX est de ± 10'500 m2, répartie sur R+5 étages. Les bâtiments ADM et LUX disposent d’un sous-sol commun sur 2 niveaux. La durée des travaux est de 973 jours ouvrables, à commencer en début du 1er semestre 2027. Les travaux sont adjugés à prix unitaires.
