Construction modulaire d’une extension de l’annexe Alliance à 3 étages (rdc +2) du Lycée Nic-Biever, en acier ou en bois autorisé ; Travaux clé en main en entreprise générale, y compris aménagements extérieurs et divers travaux dans l’existant ; Volume : 6 050 m³ ; Le fonctionnement de l’établissement scolaire doit être maintenu pendant toute la phase de construction. La durée des travaux est de 130 jours ouvrables, à débuter au 2e semestre 2025.
