Travaux en entreprise générale partielle comprenant le gros œuvre et les travaux de toiture ainsi que les raccordements et les aménagements extérieurs. Le projet d’un volume d’environ 4500 m3 comprend un parking souterrain avec des locaux de stockage, un hall principal comprenant les ateliers, le magasin et une mezzanine ainsi qu’une partie administrative et des locaux sociaux. Le sous-sol est conçu en béton, avec un radier étanche et des murs en rideaux de pieux sécants. La dalle sur sous-sol est également à réaliser en béton ainsi que la partie administrative. Le hall sera réalisé en charpente métallique avec panneaux sandwich en façade et de tôles aciers avec isolation et étanchéité en toiture. Début/Durée des travaux : octobre 2025 / 185 jours ouvrés
