SELECTION DE DEUX AGENCES IMMOBILIERES POUR LA MISSION DE COMMERCIALISATION DES LOGEMENTS DU PROJET KIEM2050 Luxembourg - Kirchberg Le Pouvoir Adjudicateur est propriétaire de logements au sein du projet de construction (ensemble de bâtiments à vocation principalement résidentielle avec des surfaces mixtes, essentiellement au rez-de-chaussée) situé le long du Boulevard Pierre Frieden, au Kirchberg. Il s'agit du lot 4 du PAP KIEM (ouest), intitulé (Projet) "Kiem 2050 » et prévoit 4 bâtiments (dénommés F7, F8, F9 et F10). Les promoteurs Immobel et Prefalux désignés par un appel à candidatures organisé par le Fonds et dont ils ont été les lauréats, sont les maîtres d’ouvrage de ces 4 bâtiments, que le Fonds commercialise en vente en état future d’achèvement. La mission concerne 129 appartements (« Logements Fonds Kirchberg ») du projet. Le projet de construction a débuté en juillet 2025 et devrait se terminer prévisiblement au 2e semestre 2028.
