• Conception d’un projet de qualité avec une plus-value pour le projet en lui-même et son contexte urbain ; • Mise en conformité du bâtiment scolaire central (existant) ; • Utilisation raisonnée des surfaces de toiture (« rooftop » multisport extérieur, panneaux photovoltaïques) ; • Exigences architecturales et fonctionnelles ; • Exigences accrues au niveau de la logistique du site ; • Choix de matériaux de construction sains et durables ; • Efficience énergétique et durabilité dans l’esprit de l’économie circulaire ; • Respect des contraintes du budget et du planning ; • Exigences accrues pour la conception des aménagements extérieurs en fonction de la spécificité de la topographie du site et de son contexte urbain, en donnant à la pente du terrain une réelle fonction. La durée du marché est estimée à 4-5 ans (se référer au Planning Directeur).
