Le marché a pour objectif la conclusion d'un contrat de prestation de service afin d’accompagner le STATEC dans le pilotage d’un projet de transformation et d’échanges de données. Ce projet vise à assurer la continuité et l’amélioration d’un dispositif fondé sur des échanges réguliers de données entre plusieurs parties prenantes institutionnelles, dans un environnement complexe et évolutif. Le présent marché porte sur la mise à disposition de deux profils de métiers, répartis en deux lots : Lot 1 - un(e) Chef(fe) de projet senior, Lot 2 - un(e) Business Analyst senior. Les travaux à réaliser dans le cadre du lot 1 de cet appel d’offre consistent en la mise à disposition d’un(e) Chef(fe) de projet senior chargé(e) d’assurer le pilotage opérationnel d’un projet déjà engagé, en phase de réalisation et de déploiement progressif, dans un environnement multi-acteurs et multi-partenaires.; Les travaux à réaliser dans le cadre du lot 2 consistent en la mise à disposition d’un(e) Business Analyst senior chargé(e) d’assister les parties prenantes métier et IT dans la clarification, la structuration et la formalisation des besoins, dans le cadre d’un projet déjà engagé, en phase de réalisation et de déploiement progressif.
