Cette procédure est interinstitutionnelle et concerne les pouvoirs adjudicateurs suivants: le Parlement européen, la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne, la Cour des comptes européenne, la Commission européenne (Direction générale communication et l'Office infrastructures et logistique - Luxembourg), la Banque européenne d’investissement et le Centre de traduction des organes de l’Union européenne. Ce marché est divisé en 4 lots: - lot 1: Belgique, - lot 2: Luxembourg, - lot 3: France, - lot 4: bureaux extérieurs.
