Luxembourg - Architectural services for buildings - City of Luxembourg: Call for candidates for architect services for a negotiated contract for the renovation of a block in the protected area of the Gare district in Luxembourg City, with creation of social housing

The City of Luxembourg is seeking an architect through a call for candidates leading to a negotiated contract. The mission covers the renovation, transformation and energy upgrading of a residential block of five houses, probably dating from the 1940s, in the protected area of the Gare district, covering about 1,360 m2. The houses will be converted into small housing units for people in need, including thermal envelope upgrading while respecting the architectural heritage. The exact number of units will be defined after further studies. The procedure is a call for candidates followed by a negotiated procedure.
