L’Union européenne, représentée par la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne, (ci-après la « Cour »), et les entités suivantes : le Parlement européen (PE), la Commission européenne à Luxembourg (OIL), la Cour des comptes européenne (ECA), la Banque européenne d’investissement (BEI), le Parquet européen (EPPO) et le Centre de traduction des organes de l’Union européenne, ci-après dénommés collectivement le « pouvoir adjudicateur », organise le prochain appel d’offres en vue de la prestation de services d’enlèvement, de triage, d’acheminement et de distribution du courrier à partir des Institutions, Organes, Bureaux et Agences de l’Union situés à Luxembourg. Les envois nationaux et internationaux qui font l’objet du présent appel d’offres sont des envois ordinaires et des envois enregistrés avec ou sans accusé de réception, dont : - zone 1 - Luxembourg : 195.000 envois approx. - zone 2 - UE hors Luxembourg AELE et autres pays européens : 145.000 envois approx. - zone 3 - Reste du monde : 4.500 envois approx. Le courrier (national et international) couvre tout le courrier du Luxembourg vers le monde entier. Pour des raisons de gestion administrative, les trois zones géographiques suivantes ont été définies: - Zone 1: Luxembourg - Zone 2: UE (à l’exclusion du Luxembourg), AELE et autres pays européens - Zone 3: Reste du monde
