Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la location de matériels et d'engins de travaux publics sans opérateur pour les besoins de la collectivité. La liste des engins et matériels figurent dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU). Le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra néanmoins avoir recours dans une moindre proportion aux matériels et engins de travaux publics figurant au catalogue du titulaire. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
