Товар постачається окремими партіями в робочі дні з 9.00 до 16.00, відповідно до заявки Замовника, транспортом і за рахунок Постачальника, в упаковці, яка забезпечує її збереження під час транспортування, вантажно - розвантажувальних робіт та збереження у межах термінів придатності установлених чинними нормативними документами. Постачання Товару здійснюється Постачальником згідно наданої Замовником заявки (у письмовій, усній формі, по факсу або засобами телефонного зв’язку) у строк, погоджений обома Сторонами, але не пізніше ніж через три робочі дні від дати подання Замовником відповідної заявки. Постачання товарів на склад Замовника (здійснюючи відвантаження і розвантаження товарів) Постачальник проводить за свій рахунок та власними силами. Місце поставки товарів - вул. Світла,3 с.Дачне, Корюківського району, Чернігівської області, строк поставки - до 31 грудня 2026р. Приймання - передача Товару по кількості проводиться відповідно до товаро-супровідних документів (накладних), по якості - документів, які засвідчують їх походження, якість та безпеку. Постачальник поданням пропозиції підтверджує, що країною-походження товару/ів не є Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
