Virš dujų perdavimo sistemos (dar kitaip vadinamos magistraliniu dujotiekiu) stebimoje teritorijoje (Apsaugos zonų ir Vietovės klasės teritorijų ribose) atliekamų veiklų (veiksmų) pokyčių identifikavimas, erdvinių duomenų paruošimas ir ataskaitų pateikimas pagal atliktas dujų perdavimo sistemos (vamzdyno) aerofotografijas (toliau - Paslauga 1). Virš dujų perdavimo sistemos stebimoje teritorijoje (užsakyto pločio koridoriuje) taškų debesies sudarymas lazerinio skanavimo metodu (toliau - LiDAR) ir jų pagrindu sudarytų erdvinių duomenų rinkinių analizės rezultatų ir ataskaitų (augmenijos įvertinimas šalinimui ir/ar žemės paviršiaus altitudės įvertinimo analizės ir ataskaitos) pateikimas (toliau - Paslauga 2). Paslauga 1 ir Paslauga 2 kartu vadinamos - Teritorijos stebėjimo Paslaugos (toliau - kartu Paslaugos). Pirkimo objektas neskaidomas į dalis. Tiekėjas, kuris teiks pasiūlymą, turės siūlyti visą Pirkimo objekto kiekį/apimtį./ Identification of changes in activities (actions) carried out within the monitored area of the gas transmission system (also known as the main gas pipeline) (within the boundaries of Protection zones and Class of territories), preparation of spatial data and submission of reports based on aerial photographs of the gas transmission system (pipeline) (hereinafter - Service 1). Generation of a point cloud using laser scanning (hereinafter - LiDAR) and the submission of the results of the analysis and reports of the spatial data sets created on that basis (vegetation assessment for removal and/or analysis and reports on the assessment of ground surface elevation) (hereinafter - Service 2). Service 1 and Service 2 are collectively referred to as the Territory surveillance Services (hereinafter collectively - the Services). The Procurement object shall not be divided into parts. Any Supplier submitting a tender shall offer the entire quantity/scope of the Procurement.
