Kiekvienos pirkimo objekto dalies savybės nustatytos techninėje specifikacijoje. Pirkimo objektas skaidomas į 5 (penkias) dalis. Tiekėjai gali pateikti perkančiajai organizacijai po vieną pasiūlymą dėl vienos, kelių ar visų pirkimo objekto dalių.
