L’objecte d’aquest contracte és l’execució dels treballs d’urbanització dels sectors PAU 12, 13, 14 i 15 i la prestació dels serveis de direcció facultativa, direcció d’execució, coordinació de seguretat i salut i topografia vinculats, d’acord amb el projecte de prescripcions tècniques, del Pla General de Soses, situats en una zona de caràcter agroindustrial del municipi. Aquesta actuació té com a finalitat transformar aquests àmbits en sòl plenament urbanitzat, dotat de tots els serveis urbanístics exigibles i amb unes condicions adequades de funcionalitat, accessibilitat, seguretat i eficiència en les infraestructures.
